EcoEngagement is envisioned to involve people with nature in a manner that advances solid appreciation for nature as our life support system.

EcoEngagement is visualized to have three programs, which are

1. Meaningful livelihood development (e.g., careers, barter, landscaping, economics, education, ecocity design, entrepreneurship, self employment, co-ops, giving economy);

2. Engagement with ecosystems (e.g., exploring microbes in ecosystems, yoga, hiking a forest, tree planting, household needs surveys, setting up bat houses, edible landscaping, growing edible mushrooms, wildlife inventories), and

3. Community conversations – to learn, to develop critical thinking, creativity and environmentally appropriate practices on behalf of the members, Eco-Engagement (especially for its two other programs), and community.
